3EN is designed to focus exclusively upon early-stage technology investments within the Basingstoke & Deane (B&D) area.

3EN's target sectors include software, IT and IT services, telecoms, new media, electronics, and other technology sectors with similar cash-flow characteristics.

Critically, 3EN will recruit and support a network of experienced business professionals to act as business mentors, who will in turn work closely with the management teams pre and post investment.
